KURAU Phantom Memory May 30, 2006
Just finished watching Kurau. It’s not that bad as people blogged it. Story is a weak place. Kurau has suffered in some physics experiment of her father and turned into Rynax. That Rynax is interesting thing (maybe only interesting thing in the entire plot). As I get it, it’s some kind of subatomic being; it lives in pairs (!) and has some superhuman abilities (flying, disintegrating things and stuff). Kurau gives birth to her own “pair”, Christmas (yeah, yeah,yeah, it’s her name… it’s pretty nice actually, once you get used to it). Then CIA-like organization called GPO starts to chase them around the globe (and on Moon also). Ok. So far so good. Why is it weak? Cause it ends here. The story doesn’t move forward from this point. With regard to the fact that all this has been known since 1st episode, it’s pretty bad for the show (there are 24 episodes, you know) [...]

До 14 травня триває перерва у показі Мушіші, а тим часом на Фуджі показали проміжний збірний епізод-дайджест (епізод 20.5), в якому серед іншого можна було побачити інтерв’ю з різними людьми, що брали участь у виробництві шоу і таке інше. Люди, які це бачили, розповідають, що весь стаф шоу — страшні фанати, народу дуже багато, зокрема, для озвучки дітей використовуються… діти (а не жінки як зазвичай, що було б значно дешевше), причому у кожного персонажа окремий актор (майже без повторів), і взагалі, люди працюють з піднесенням, намагаючись зробити справді гарні серії. На фото — сейюу Ґінко, Накано Юуто. Інфа з the usagi incidents.
Bluetooth May 5, 2006
Recently I keep getting some random pictures on my phone. I mean — you check the phone and see some unknown pictures in inbox. I noticed that it always happened while I’m on the subway. It turned out, that pictures come via Bluetooth due to weak password (1111 — see, I’m not hiding it!). So I start to send my own pictures to random people on the subway — you only have to select “Send via Bluetooth”->”Search for Bluetooth devices” or something like that, and here they are — 5, 10, once even 15 phones around to which you can send whatever you want!
So… It’s cool. One can invent some kind of mobile game out of it, I’d suggest sending around parts of puzzle — whoever solves it first, wins. Or something. Or, you know, ads …
P.S.: Or viruses…
